Why I started writing

After nearly two decades building data and AI systems, I decided it was time to write more of it down. This is where I’ll share notes from the work: what’s holding up in production, what isn’t, and the lessons I keep relearning.

What to expect

Expect a mix of practical pieces on AI/ML engineering, data platforms, and leading teams, plus shorter notes on things I’m experimenting with. My aim is to publish something new regularly, some posts long, some just a few paragraphs.
